Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Liquid Earth Return & Refund Policy

If your product isn’t as you expect, Liquid Earth is happy to process a return. We will be happy to provide a 30-day money back guarantee for your online purchases. All refunds will be reviewed at the discretion of the Management of Liquid Earth as set out in our Returns Process below.

Faulty or Incorrectly Sent Items

If an item is faulty, or has been damaged in the postage process, or does not perform as specified in our claims, or has been incorrectly sent to you. Liquid Earth will pay for the costs of the return of good and will be liable for the costs of reshipping the order or arrange a Refund.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind Liquid Earth will refund or credit your products for the following reasons:

Should the item not be in its original condition or has been opened or damaged;
The item has been purchased within the last 14 days;
Return of product will be paid by the customer.

Returns Process

To be eligible for a money back guarantee we must be notified within 30 days (or 14 days for change of mind).

  1. Please email us at enquiries@liquidearth.com.au with all details regarding your return of goods. Once your email has been reviewed, we will be in contact with you within 24-48 hrs with more details.   2. When posting the goods back to us, please use secure packaging. Liquid Earth are unable to process a refund if any returned goods are damaged in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
